The Owl

We went to a butterfly garden last week and my uncle was kind enough to bring his awesome camera I was his assistant for most of the day, but I also took some photo's myself, this is one of them. I love butterflies!

I've been told this one is called 'the Owl'. We had taken several pictures of this one just hanging around, waiting for him to open his wings. But, it was being a stubborn little brat and just kept them shut. The I saw one eating, so I tried to take a picture of it. I scared him so it flew away. Turns out, the insides of his wings are absolutely stunning! Bright blue and orange, very beautiful. So of course I tried to take a picture, but alas, he had already sat back down... with closed wings of course...
